Finding examples of handwriting felt like an archaeological dig. I strove to find examples of each letterform from each individual, but failed. Because I was creating a non script typeface, I found cursive handwriting to be less than helpful although abundant. In some cases, the strokes of cursive letterforms were used as a last resort.
